My wife wants to payoff my auto loan through freeway funding but my account is past due so they wont give me online access and that is the only way she can pay it off through her Father's inheritance account cant do it through a third party calling conferance or moneygram said was my only option through my wife's inheritance account i have to have online access shouldnt matter if my account is past due Resolution Sought give me online access to my account so my wife can easily pay off my loan dont trust moneygram

Hello, I purchased my first car on July 7,2020 with a car dealer. The first few months I had the insurance the car dealer provided me with. I decided to change to AAA around October November. I continue making my car payments every month after countless calls and voicemails. I usually like to pay directly over the phone but Freeway funding is terrible at reaching back out to customers for any type of inquiries. So around march I noticed I was getting charged I believe $40 dollars on top of my car payment, unasked why they notified me it was because I hadn't shown proof of insurance,.I needed to submit proof of insurance etc. They stated they tried calling AAA a few times with no answer. I called AAA , and they stated they have not gotten any calls from Freeway funding. I called freeway fund I figure it probably was just a mistake I decided to just pay the fee. I contacted AAA and asked if they could email any form that could prove to my car bank that I had full coverage insurance on my vehicle since they are charging me a fee if I dont submit that. AAA sent me the necessary paperwork and also Freeway Funding wanted to be listed as the Loss Payee/Lienholder on the policy, for the duration of the loan. AAA sent me over 20 pages of paperwork. Then I went ahead and forward that to the emails Freeway funding had provided me. Info@freewayfunding.com, insurance@freewayfunding.com, Notices@verifacto.com. Next monthly payment comes back around, again freeway Resolution Sought I was nor able to write all the issues I been having with freeway funding. I would just like for them to be able to do their job. They aren't no competent workers and dont ever have an answer for the inquiries customers have. I been paying a fee that should have been fixed 6 months ago. I have called countless times, asked for supervisors,.managers, they provide me with extensions where noone picks up the phone.
