This company was sent photos at their request and was fully informed of the condition and whereabouts of my trailer. They then called me and said for 1000.00 dollars they could move it. They were paid in full before ever arriving yet they arrived with absolutely no tools to complete the job as said. Resolution Sought Refund my $1000.00.

In response, company states they cannot find the complainant by name. To be able to help and refund, they will need an invoice or the date of service and how payment was made. If by cc, they need the cc # to refund. Location of service would help also.
