Bought a new vehicle 11-2-2022. Financial manager Jose Beas was being aggressive about extended warranty and gap insurance. Together these options are valued at $2995. Both are options and I declined both. Mr. Beas continued pushing by lowering the monthly cost. Mr. Beas was told no on multiple times. Mr. Beas said I just got off the phone with my supervisor and $19.00 a month is as low as he can go. First off he was not on the phone and if he thinks my senior status has thought or understanding problems he is wrong. I again said no to both options. Mr. Beas also advised the remote control you start the car with was in short supply and would get it by mail within two weeks. Finally finished everything and I left. Next morning 11-3-2022 I reread my contract and Mr.. Beas had entered both extended warranty and gap. This fraud caused my amount financed to go up $2995. And my monthly payment to go up about $50. A month. He used an electronic signature machine to sign my name. I called Mr. Bea. After a conversation he e-mailed me a cancellation form. Mr. Beas said he would put the $2995 back to the principal however the monthly payment would not change. The cancelation paper looked like I wanted these things and I changed my mind. I didn't want them in the beginning period. Spoke to Travis at Toyota financial, Travis gave me a number to make a complaint, did so and was contacted by a Crystal Medrane, owner loyalty manager. She said I would get notifications. Nothing as of 1-3-23. Resolution Sought return the $ 2995 to the principle . provide my entry key and punish Mr. Beas for the fraud he committed so he doesn't do it again.
