I traded my personal car to this dealership for a used car and was scammed into a contract that I qualified and was pre-approved for. A month later I was advised that the bank I was approved for returned my application and I had no bank to finance with. Took the finance rep in charge a few months until I was notified to make payments to dealership. When I called to make the payment a salesmen rep advised me me they don't do in home financing. No payment was accepted. Finally in April a woman name Tmara called me from dealership regarding my matter to follow up with me. I mailed out a check in May that was lost in mail I have proof and emailed proof. Went to my bank a requested a new check I requested a new check and email both General manager and finance department that I would bring in may June check so it wasn't out in mail again. I called several times to the general manager and email a time for me to come in and if I could come in July 1 and 2nd and no response. I was out if California from july3-july 9th. My car was repossessed July 10th and General manager will not let me reinstate my contact to retrieve my vehicle. I was hospitalized from April 28- May and returned in June. I couldn't go in personally and I was put on bed rest once returned from hospital. Resolution Sought Assist me with this scam. I've been scammed out of my first vehicle and I need to be educated with me rights and what I can have done moving forward. Mind you now I will have a reposseion on my credit and I'm in the process of fixing my credit.

I need help getting my refund of $22,000 back from freeway Toyota they are not complying with agreed amount of refund also they sold me a vehicle as new when it had had over 100 miles on it they also gave me a fair market quote for a 2022 vehicle when I was returning a 2023 vehicle that I had for only 7days. Resolution Sought I want my money that they owe me. Nothing more.
