In 2007, I loaned somebody 20,000.00 from a settlement I got and sixteen years later I was finally paid back until Fremont bank got nosy about money being deposited in my bank account. They called me questioning me why the money is being deposited, who the money is coming from , why am I withdrawing the money and what I am using it for. I answered some of the questions and others is none of their business. They closed my account without a valid explanations only on their theory of what's going on. Now I am un able to have funds put into my account. The person who owes me money lives out of state and a person who takes longer to payback still upholds a good citizen reputation and doesn't like complications. Fremont Bank made things complicated and even more for me collections my money and I feel they should be responsible for the other 14,000.00 I would have gotten paid if they didn't interview under assumptions of their own. Resolution Sought Pay me the 14,000.00 I would have gotten paid otherwise had they not closed my account.
