They really need better customer service.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure three times, and saw the same girl name, "Emily" (now claiming they employ no such person by that name). She filed the sides of my nails close to the cuticles, causing the nails to grow inward, and ingrown. I had to remove four toenails due to the nail polish strengthener she applied under and over the polish, and gloss. It hardened the nails and caused them to cut through my toes as ingrown, instead of on the nail bed. I needed assistance due to arthritis pain, and sciatica nerve damage.
