I was humiliated by the owner. He belittled me and went on a rant cursing and yelling at me.

I went to return a item that did not work and I got cursed out and told there is no return policy. I was humiliated and the owner "Nick" got in my face and told me that I needed money that's why I was returning it. That statement was so untrue and embarrassing. He belittled me and went on a rant cursing and yelling at me. Told me to get the F*** out and don't come back. I was shocked that he would conduct business as such. There are illegal immigrants there that don't even speak English. I left crying my eyes out. I have NEVER been talked to that way. CLOSE THEM DOWN!
