Leave some machines for other customers that's actually in the neighborhood to use it's very unprofessional

This Laundromat is not busy except for weekends and during the week all the machines are always taken because they use this premises to wash other locations clothes. So every machine is always taken, all the employees here are very nasty and don't even want to try to help anybody. I'm now here washing 2 bags of laundry and there is no machine available and when I ask them for help they don't even care if you don't get any machine! It's very frustrating especially for people that live around here because we can't seem to just wash clothes it's not busy at all right now matter of fact there's only 3 people washing clothes and the rest are all from them.
