I started this class in July on the 7th 2023. When I first began I knew they were unprofessional because they took my payment for the course ,sent a receipt and didn't hear from them for days. I took the online course and finally got two clinical after almost a month. Myself and three other woman took the course and have not received our certification to sign up for our state boards. We have called and emailed them and we haven't heard a thing except that Matthew the " assistant " was in the hospital. Our clinical teacher Teresa also mentioned there was something wrong with our paper work and she has no more information than that. Although Teresa Mason is the owner we have not heard from her directly. This is a shady company and I will be requesting a refund so I can go to a different school to further my education. This is the most unprofessional business I've had to deal with and they do not communicate with their students what so ever! We also did not have all the material needed to even pass our state boards. Resolution Sought Provide a full refund to my classmates and I as well as a complete shut down to this business.

I have completed everything that I need to complete to finish my medtech license to be certified the don't answer my calls or respond back to me and I'm wondering if it's a scam because my fellow classmates have been doing this also I need help from someone who can answer my questions about what I have completed and they took my money. Resolution Sought Give me my certificate of completion and something stating that I'm signed up for the Board of Nursing State Exam or give me my money back.
