I ordered a labrat diamond stud on January 1 2022. I received an email from fresh trends on January 10th stating they were just starting my order. More days went by so I started tracking my order and all it said was unfulfilled. I waited for 2 more weeks and I sent them an email January 24th asking where my order was. They responded 3 days later and made excuses but still didn't say when I would receive my order. A received a email saying they were experiencing supply chain issues. I tried calling them and all their phone numbers are fake or they won't answer. They are blaming COVID for their phone system. I sent repeated messages asking for immediate delivery or immediate refund. I received another email saying the item would be ready to ship on January 27th. I paid for 2 day shipping. Today is February 4th and I still haven't received my item and now this company isn't responding at all Resolution Sought This company should be put out of business. After the fact I read their reviews and seen a lot of other customers had this same experience with fresh trends. How can companies just take customers money and keep it indefinitely? These kind of companies need to be held accountable. I really wanted the item but at this point I just want a full and immediate refund. An apology would be nice too. This is absolutely ridiculous that companies like this are allowed to exist

We have since expressed our sincere apologies with every response given to you with our lengthy production time. We have offered on multiple occasions a discount for the inconvenience. We have already provided a refund as stated in our last email. You have every right to express frustrations however and wherever you like. We will simply provide our side of sincere apologies, offers, and proof we have already processed your refund. You can look up all of the reviews you like and focus on any negative review you wish. In the end we are an A+ rated business because they are many reviews that make it so. We are a small family run business doing the best we can. We are not perfect. Unfortunately, things do happen in terms of production time, supply chain issues, and COVID. We have sent multiple responses regarding to reconcile the lengthy production time for your piece with a discount and assurance your piece was days away from completion. If you happen to miss the email regarding your refund, refunds can take 3-5 business days to post to your account depending on your financial institution.
