Consumer alleges your company delivered the wrong hood and refuse to take it back. Consumer placed an order for a hood on 12/24/2022 and paid $2259 for the hood and $649 for a ventilator as well as a delivery fee of $100 which she had to pick the order up herself. The hood was delivered about 3 weeks later however the they were not ready to install it until the kitchen was ready. About a week ago the installer was ready to install the hood and when they opened the package they realized that the hood was the wrong one, they received a hood for a restaurant kitchen not a residence, it was too big. Consumer had to go to a local store to purchase the correct one. She reached out to your company and the manager Fernando acknowledge there might have been a miscommunication however refused to take the hood back. The hood was not used, however the package had to be opened because they could not tell what it looked like until it was opened. Consumer wants a full refund for the wrong item. Resolution Sought Consumer wants a full refund for the wrong item.
