LAZY

I told cashier I wanted a #9 ticket... before I gave him the free ticket I had just won. He got mad when he tried to hand me ticket #11 and I said no I said #9 & he got mad said he can't change it now like it was my fault. Very rude and insisted I spend my money on the ticket he given me. It was my money. Very poor ppl skills and LAZY as hell. Give him a good talking to. Or I'm sure if he acts like that much more, someone else sure will, needs ppl skills lessons

Bad service!

Service sucks, cashier was rude, and disrespectful. Manager needs to be replaced.
