First of all they sold my auto loan to a random company without my consent then when I ask about a link or something I can make a report to their company they ignore all emails also never answer the phone. My auto loan is 16 days late because they never communicated with me to make sure they sent the rite information with my loan when they sold it without me knowing. They didn't have my correct email or phone number. They should not be dealing with loans of any kind. If you read the reviews this place has been going down hill for a while now and BBB needs to check things out there because it's not being done properly over at friendly finance. Resolution Sought Close down and stop doing loans.

I call to make payment and gets turned around to multiple representatives before being helped. Reps (Johnson, rooks, wheatley etc) are very rude, harassing vulgar language used and threatening remarks. Rep processed my payment before my confirmation on the amount. I pay different amounts every other month . Refused me of speaking with manager multiple times./Long wait holds Resolution Sought I would like to be released from this company no dealings with this business. I do not want anyone from this business to contact me only through email. I would like to make my monthly payments online until im released from this loan/company.
