I financed my 2016 ford escape from friendly ford in Hamilton in March 2024. About a month and a half later it went back into the shop for a wheel bearing and the transfer casing in which my warranty covered up to almost $4000. I also didn't have my vehicle for about a month while they fixed it as they did provide me with a loaner. Now not even having my car back a few weeks something else is wrong with my vehicle. Service at friendly ford was getting it set up with the warranty to be fixed but the salesman's at friendly ford kept telling me to wait because they were trying to get me out of this vehicle and into something more reliable. Now that they have ran my credit and my cosigners credit twice because the first time they ran it, they had my income in wrong for the bank and then when they ran a second time now they're telling me and my cosigner that I need a different cosigner! So there's nothing they can do to get me in a different vehicle. Now that I know this and they ruined my credit even more I contacted service department and they had closed my case because sales told me to wait so here. I am sitting with a broken vehicle and don't know if my warranty is going Deal with my case again and that it's going to take a few weeks for them to build my case to fix my car. I don't feel this is right I put my trust and faith into them to get me in a vehicle and a vehicle that I'm paying for! Resolution Sought I would appreciate the business to make this right either by my car back for what I have left and the payments that I've paid on it or get me out of it! I am a single mother of three children two jobs just to end me and it's a hassle now nobody wants to return my phone calls or answer my messages at the dealership and I don't feel that's fair or right.
