Rude behavior from the on staff manager.

I would like to file a complaint due to an informal altercation of a manager at Friendly's restaurant. I had first come into the lobby and asked the waitress a question. She was explaining the menu at time the on staff manager came from the rear of the restaurant with an aggressive behavior. I spoke to him respectfully that I was speaking to the waitress. So I then took a seat for service. Again he comes over to the table and I said I did not want him to service me due to his behavior. After the first time I explained to him that I was speaking to the waitress before he appeared. I did leave with a threat from him which was unnecessary to me, with calling the police due to some comments I made due to his aggressive behavior. I contacted another restaurant to speak with him and she performed like someone was going to do something and the co worker was on the phone. I tried to speak with the manger this morning and she commented I was racist and I am a minority myself. Its due to appropriate staff behavior. Thank you for your compliance. Pleas send a document to my email of my complaint. This is a matter which should be acknowledge of a proper business relation and not a personal concern. It would be appreciated if contact made to a customer be made with better terms of service and a manager to handle his attitude more appropriately. A consumer relation should be explained to him better to understand his job to the public.
