On 10/3/2023 I took my six pound dog Oreo to the groomer in which I paid 85.84, then again on 10/26/2023 my card was used again for 90.63 and my dog did not visit the groomers. The owner says that someone else must have brought my dog in which is a lie, this place of business over charged my card because my bank statement tells me so. I'd like to have my 90.63 returned so I can never visit this place again due to fraud. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the extra 90.63 that was taken from my account with out permission…..it fraud!!!
