Went to friendship Hyundai 08/23/22 in morning spent at least 2 hours w/salesman and manager..Found SUV I wanted. My husband and I went back in evening spent another couple hours. Had sales manager take our SUV for ride for trade in. We made it very clear we want this SUV after spending all this time with this dealership. So we had salesman go in to work up deal with sales manger...All day all hours the sticker price stuck on SUV was the same all day and we said we wanted to buy..As myself. My husband. Salesman. And sales manger seen. Never changed. Salesman walks out and said it went up $1900.00 dollars more. He said he didn't know. So low and behold they bated me all day and evening until we said we wanted to buy. Then they switch price. Without any proof same sticker 1900.00 less still on SUV as it was all day. I m very concerned they were fraudulent and lying with no proof car went up in price in 15minutes after we said we want to buy 1900.00 dollars. I wanted this SUV very badly but they lied showed one price all day then switched on me. I took pictures of sticker on SUV time stamped and have picture of deal time stamp. This is very wrong myself and husband spent hours at dealership wasted a day. All day no one told us SUV went up. This is horrible sales practice i feel would be wrong. And fraudulent. They bated me in then switched Sickening. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought Sell the SUV. Now, below msrp after all the time we were there and wasted. And how upset we have been. I wanted that SUV and they knew it. I want SUV but now I feel after what they did a much better deal!!!

Company states; We had no intention of any fraudulent action. The price of the vehicle in question should have been $2995 over MSRP best due to friendship not having the addendum to the MSRP in the window. We decided we would do 1995 over MSRP instead. We apologize due to the timing of this action that it appeared we were "lying". Most dealerships are asking $6000 - $10,000 over MSRP on this vehicle and we decided that was unfair. Customer, I'm sure realizes these vehicles are bringing that price and that is why she is persistent on buying ours at MSRP. With this being said, we will honor the price of MSRP + the first place finish product ceramic coating of $998.00 that we put on all of New vehicles and most new. SO if customer still wishes to acquire our Palisade at that price we will be happy to honor that. Thank you, Furthermore, if Mrs. Wike would have simply contacted me with her issues, we would have worked it out. She didn't need to go through third party for resolution.

1sr and for most your GM and sales person have ambke time to change or at least tell me they were upping the price.. As far as persistent or what you may feel lying..to until I said I will buy then they switched the price...as far as other dealerships I wasn't there we are talking about friendship......To be honest your 100 wrong I really don't feel a dealership should assume about this price changing ...all day all night it never changed..No I was not persistent I had no idea ...sad you think that ...I was there all day and evening ...talked to me the switched price the reason I didn't know that was actually the first deal ship I went to tried to buy local and loved the color ...so friendship you ate 100 wrong...as far as contacting a third party ...for days after called you gm and texted salesman ...to no advil...Because of what friendship did I lost my 1.9 now its 2.49 ...playing a game with consumer is horrible...then I was going on vacation wanted to take this car on vacation...so I email Adam on 9-9 told him I would be back on Monday the 12th...never heard a word ...I'm sorry again don't think lying or persistent is my fault ...never knew they do that
