I placed an online order to be delivered it on Valentine's Day it never showed on the day it said it would I canceled the order and two days later they took my money out of the account anyways. Now there arguing with me that they put the money back in the account and they didn't. Resolution Sought Stop lying to people about there delivery date.

Ordered flowers for my daughter on 2/13/24 to have delivered on 2/14/24. They showed delivered and they were not. They were asked to deliver again. This time they delivered to the wrong address. The customer service is horrendous and you can't understand anything they say. I had to have them repeat themselves the whole time. So much background noise it was almost impossible to hear. Resolution Sought Ship the product to the correct person.
