I arrived at the venue at 6pm waited in a line for my VIP tickets after 3.5 hours of waiting the show ended and I never saw the show. They refuse to refund me for a ticket I was never given. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.

In January 2020 for my birthday, I purchased tickets to see my favorite band, My Chemical Romance for Music Midtown Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia for Septemeber 19th-20th. Due to covid, the band had to reschedule for 2021 and then ultimately decided to cancel their tour for 2021 altogether. Instead of refunding my money, Music Midtown decided to use my money for the new lineup of bands for September 19th-20th 2022. Despite my many attempts to reach them prior to that date, I was ignored and have been ignored since. 2021 was not a great year for many people, my family included. I've been patient with waiting for a response.. All I want is my money back. Resolution Sought To refund me the 521.67.
