Disabled customer call the business ask what is a needed to give her ring out of pawn shop. On the phone the worker says $363.50 let's customer know that it is due today. And that the pawn shop closes at 6 p.m.. customer says thank you I'll be there right away. Disable customer rights scooter to pawn shop blocks away from home. Get to pawn shop and gets ready to pay. The worker ask her for paperwork she says she doesn't have it. The worker says 10 more dollars. The customer says I asked you what did I need to get my ring out of the pawn shop you told me $363.50. Not mentioning any paperwork when I was at home I came here on a scooter. I'm disabled and not able to go back and forth like that. Work says so pay the extra 10 dollars. I asked to speak with supervisor. She comes out with attitude right away. She says your agreement says it on it that there is a fee. Don't I recognize you from the last time you were here you don't ever have your ticket. I start to talk letting her know I called before I came and asked what did I need and the worker didn't mention anything about a ticket. And I have a computer in my head because of a seizures causing me to have memory issues. She said so pay the fee if you want your ring. They both had very bad attitudes speaking to me very on polite. And when I let them know that they were losing a customer due to the way interact with people they both said so swinging their heads. Please look at the camera and do something about this. Resolution Sought I would like for you to look at the camera at the way they were interacting with me look at the way that they interact with other customers if they can't fix it maybe the business shouldn't be there too long.
