I am very disappointed with this airline as this is also my first time and I will not be doing business with them again.

Pretty bad. On our wait to board, the attendants did not let anyone know it was time to board so many people, myself and my friend included, were left unaware that we had to board. Even though we were waiting on line, there was no indication of boarding from many of the attendants. When I went to the front desk of the airport for Frontier, the agent told me that apparently everyone on that flight was attended for even though that was not the case and many of us did not get to board the plane. I am very disappointed with this airline as this is also my first time and I will not be doing business with them again.
