I ordered a set of knives and received an order number, but didn't receive any information on est delivery. Tried to contact through email and called with no response. Started looking them up and found out other people have been burned by this company as well. Working with my bank now Resolution Sought Ship the product or go to jail for fraud

I ordered a knife that my wife wanted, I found it on the frontier blades site..everything seemed legit so I ordered it Sept.19. Since then I've heard nothing from them. I emailed them and no response. Then I checked reviews and found out they ghosted alot of people already. I really want my money back! Horrible company Resolution Sought I would like a complete refund!
