My father has been having problems with his phone he went to Verizon 2times the second time he waited 3 hours and was ignored my father is 95 years old and I believe that your employees should take the time to explain to him or give him another phone. My father was in Korean war and is hard of hearing now because if it. I've never heard of such ignorance in a place of business where one employee tells the other one to ignore them .3 hours later my father left, driving in the dark to go home.
