I hired Frontier Basement Systems to encapsulate my basement to protect my health. Their claim is that by enclosing the basement, they are cleaning the indoor air. Instead they trapped harmful gases in my crawlspace and in my home. Before encapsulation the level was .4, after encapsulation it was an 8. I no longer trusted their work or wanted my basement enclosed with no oxygen. They sued me even though their product hurt my long term health. Resolution Sought I would like for them to take their product back, that I am not happy with so I don't have to pay for something I'm not happy with as a consumer.
