We had our house painted by Frontier Renovations, owner Andy Beckman. He did not use the correct paint and the paint did not cover the brick and was peeling in some parts. When we discussed this he reassured us that he guaranteed his work for 7 years. He kept coming back and painting over spots but nothing was ever even. The project was quoted to be done in a week and took over 5 weeks. Also, stated it would cost more to paint where the roof of our deck and the brick meet would cost extra to paint. Frustrated with the paint I co reacted Sherwin Williams to discuss the actual paint to see if that was the problem. I was told by Brian at the 280 Greystone location that Andy should have put a primer first before using the super paint which he did not. I've been round and round with Sherwin Williams, and Andy. Andy refused to make this right by simply applying another core of the correct paint. Sherwin Williams sent out the sales rep that Andy works with, Kyle. Kyle admitted to the paint not being painted per spec sheets to us but flipped flopped when discussing with sandy saying it "was not that bad" and "this paint job would be ok in another neighborhood ". Kyle then recommended getting it repainted by a different contractor. So we hired another company who fixed everything for $9,000. We paid Andy $14,500 to paint for us , so technically put 9,000. He has been posted on social media pictures of my house with paint he did not use… the one he should have used. Resolution Sought To remove the social media post as they are false. Would love to get some of the money back we had to pay for his mistake.
