They put a new roof on my house. There is some final details they were supposed to come and complete to say the job is done! I have in my possession 3 checks from State Farm for this work! I tried contacting this company to no avail! I have left several messages and text with the sales rep for my account! No one will call back! I am going this route with the BBB because I am afraid they might try to put some form of lien on my property! I have talked with an attorney! He said this would be a good first step to resolve my issue! I cannot get anyone to call me back! For the most I am satisfied with the job! It is some little details that need to be resolved! The hard part is done! You would think they would want to complete the work to get the final payment! Once again I have the checks from State Farm in my possession! Resolution Sought I just want the work to be completed! Just want someone to contact me back! I have tried contacting all 3 people that I have dealt with during this whole process on their business phones! Tried calling and texting! Now no one will call me back! They have wore out my patience! I lost $375 in pay to meet someone at my house for a set appointment and no one showed up! Didn't even bother to call and cancel! I cut my delivery route short to be here and lost mileage pay l, stop pay and delivery pay!

We have reached out to this homeowner several times, without making contact. Service was rescheduled on 11/12 and 11/19 to 12/6 due to weather conditions. Service is scheduled for 12/6 to resolve any further issues. We don't typically collect payment until all services have been completed.

Charged me 4 times more than local roofing companies were charging others in my neighborhood. Took a check i sent to hold so they could start work while awaiting the insurance check and they cashed. Nails left all over my yard, driveway and garage. Left a dumpster blocking my garage when they were done had to call multiple times until they removed it. Left materials in my driveway for 6 weeks until I threatened to give to the local roofer and they finally removed. Rude staff, unprofessional , would never use again. Total rip off Resolution Sought Give me some money back. Overcharged. Want others to know. Doubt I have any recourse on a refund

This roof replacement was completed according to the amount being paid from an insurance claim. Insurance pays near market price and we agreed to complete the roof replacement for the insurance proceeds. The only cost to the insured is her outstanding $1000 deductible. We can not waive this deductible or charge her less than the agreed upon price, as it is illegal to waive a deductible and also to profit from an insurance claim, especially since the work was completed per the agreed upon contract price. There was definitely a misunderstanding regarding the initial funds deposit, and we thought this had been worked out and resolved. We were not notified of any nails previously to this complaint, and we could not possibly have left a dumpster for days, since we do not use a dumpster. Our crews are equipped with tandem axle trucks that leave once the crew leaves. Due to the amount of material left over at the jobsite, we were dependent on our materials provider to pick up the extra. It did take them longer than anticipated, but the homeowner was informed it was not our negligence. In total, we have only received 2 phone calls regarding materials, which was addressed timely, courteously and friendly.

There was a dumpster left in front of my garage and I had to call them to get it removed. No one from sales, service, and billing communicates with each other or the customer. Overpriced, trash / nails left in yard, materials left in driveway for weeks until I had to threaten to have someone else dispose of. Would never use this company again or recommended them to anyone.
