I contacted the company to cancel back in March since there is no active contract and I was having financial hardship due to Covid-19 and I became unemployed back in March of 2019. I was told that I had to go online to cancel and I did just that. Now I am getting phone calls 3/4 times a day. I told the rep I requested cancelation back in March yet they continue to call and now state that my account is past due for April and May. I sent a letter to an email given to me by the rep in March due yo his rude behavior on the phone. Emal: supportescalations@frontpointsecurity.com. I have today filed with Consumer Affairs and now BBB for resolution. I am at my wits end with this company. They are now harassing me calling numerous times a day from different phone numbers. They are quick to get money but don't live by their word when it is time to cancel. They want to fioce their way on people and continue to take your money. Bad business practice needs to come to an end. Your help is greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought Close my account and a letter stating my account us closed and in good standing aince I followed what I was told.
