This company said I signed a 3 year contract. I had 30 days to cancel and I did. Somehow they never got my cancellation request. I had a late payment they did not receive they accessed my bank account without notice. No email no call a one time access permission is not anytime permission even for past due they need permission to access. Resolution Sought I would like to remove my name from any business dealing with frontpoint they are fraudulent and shady.

I Hope Bennett purchased 2 alarm systems in 2019 ,for 2 different locations. I canceled one because of inconsistencies and they will not cancel the other account they are charging every month as if I'm using the service when I'm not I paid for the EQUIPMENT, and they are charging me as if I'm still using their service, haven't used over 2 yrs. The person who did another contract told me he canceled the account but didn't tell me he attached to the other account I'm paying monthly 25.00 and last year my bill balance was 150.00 as of today it is 498.00 when I pay monthly 25.09 on a account I don't use. I have equipment that I'm not using that I purchased with cash before the service was turned on. Every month they lie and are getting my 25.00 I am disabled and retired ,and they keep threatening me because I ask why is it going up when the accounts are supposed to be closed and I pay what was owed, not for it balance to keep going up if I'm no longer using their service. Respectfully. Resolution Sought I want to be clear of a debt That I've paid monthly on with no service. They are not consistent but with inconsistencies. I GAVE WITNESS THEY OLD EMPLOYEE WITH EMAILS AS WELL AND MY FRIEND WHO IS WITH ME WHEN I PAY THEM MONTHLY
