I ordered two cups from Christmas because a friend had gotten our doctor a cup and said it was a great company so I ordered two for a couple doctors I work for. I never got a email with a tracking number. I only had the confirmation number. You can't track anything. You can't contact anyone. Only by email. I have sent multiple emails and even on the social medias. Apparently others are having this issue. They took the money out of my account but I have no product. And I am out 80.00. Business shouldn't be able to do this to people. It's poor business. And if they can't meet demand they don't need to supply anything. Resolution Sought Either contact me or refund my money. Tell me where my products are. To be honest. I would like both.
