FRR auto refuses to refund me on a vehicle i declined to purchase. I was assured i will get my down payment of $800 which was on July 26. Today is August 17th and refund has not been received. I have tried reaching all the time but they give excuses all the time that the manager is not available. This is the dealer address: 608 W. 6th Ave Lancaster OH 43130. Resolution Sought Refund my down payment.

The car we buy is a lemon is Savage was in accident we almost killed ourselves a tire fly out to my mom's car she was driving behind me the vehicle has a lots of code that place needs to be shutdown we have papers that price the car is unsafe I paid for all over reviews I need my car back that I put for down payment he has my car Bryce is the name of the salesman I need my car back he does not want to give me my vehicle Resolution Sought To cancel contract and get my car back also compensation for stress suffering time consuming
