I bought a visa gift card at Frys Grocery store at Riggs rd. & Mcqueen in Chandler Az.. when I got home to activate it there was zero balance on card. Frys doing nothing and visa giving me the run around. Nobody is taking responsibilities. Resolution Sought Reimburse me its been over a month.
