Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I bank with them and cannot get a card at all. They claim to many claims filed. However I did have claims out there due to someone who frauded me by having all of my info to do so. I can't prove who it is but that should not stop me from ever receiving a card indefinitely. Resolution Sought I would like to retrieve a card so I can build my credit up. I want a card back. This is cruel and inhumane behavior for a bank. I am suffering here and I would like my pain to stop along with the stress.

Having a 500 dollar overcharge fee so people can get my money wanted me to go to the bank to get another card I can't walk in the bank to get another card because I need a wheel chair to get around Resolution Sought I would like a refund because I am on social security disability I can't make it if they have a 500 dollar over charge fee
