I purchased a laser one year ago and have not been able to hardly use it because of software issues and machine just not working. I would like to get my money back. I'm tired of fighting with them. I contacted them over a problem I was having on a very large job for me and still no reply. I had to form it out to a cost of 1000.00 dollars not good. I'm retired and need to resolve this issue. Thank you very much Resolution Sought I would like them to pick up this unit and refund my money in full.

This is in response to a complaint that was filed. We have been graciously assisting this customer for more than a year with his machine and majority of his issues has been with on the design side of things which we do assist with but majority of what we can actively assist with us machine/software issues directly as the design side is typically the responsibility of the customer. The machine itself is out of warranty and more than a year old at this point and following our terms and conditions it states the exchange/return policy is within the first 30-days once the machine is delivered.

I am total dissatified this company they sell you and than will not suport you. They say its my falt how can it be my falt if the laser quits fireing. Yes I had a problem with the program but I told the ails person upfront I was a slow learner on computers. I had no instructions on how to set it up or how to even run it. If you investagate they have a big turnover of people. The still have not told me why it quit fireing. I'm not happy at all with this company just on told me in a email he would call me its been over three weeks have not herd from him yet. Please look at there reviews they are not good.

We have been active communication with this customer resolving their issue , it appears the water pump had failed which was why the machine was not firing and we covered this item for, excluding shipping in this instance to assist them and this was done on 6/30 with tracking provided to the customer on 7/1 stating he thanked is very much for the help. There is a large gap in the statements made here versus our support ticket correspondence but we always will continue to aid this customer and all others we have as quickly as we can.
