There's 2 workers at the Fulton bank on 7300 frankford ave that just make the experience going to Fulton bank terrible. The first one is named bruna she always have bad attitude to customer and I witnessed her discriminate a customer. It was so noticeable that it was discrimination towards him that he came back in the bank to let the bank teller bruna that he was disgusted about how he was treated. Then the other worker Karen when she's working with Bruna mainly on Saturdays they lock customers out side of the bank doors so they can leave work early and a few of those times I was also one of the customers they would lock out . This Fulton bank is the closes one to my house and I just want to make my experience and other customer's experience better because they way things work there is unprofessional and needing some type of change Resolution Sought No refund I just want to have the bank correct there employees investigate them locking the doors on customers early and just resolve the issues as a whole
