I cancelled subscription in July and was still being charged by the company. now there saying they can't refund because of Microsoft being third party but that's the account they kept charging. Resolution Sought My refund of 23.97

I got a defective code in my blu ray purchase, reached out to support to get it fixed, they asked for additional info then immediately closed the ticket and blocked my email. I tried filing a secondary email and it never went through despite saying ticket was received. This is proof they blocked my email. TDLR they blocked my email so they wouldn't have to give me a working code as they sold me a defective code. Resolution Sought Unbanning my email (I mean banning my email to avoid responsibility is illegal) and giving me a working code
