I bought a mattress and asked for a comfortable mattress not a hard one. And he sent me the opposite a very hard mattress that I have a bad back now . I tried to make them take it back after a 3 days of having it they refused to. I'm very unhappy with my purchase. Resolution Sought I've bought furniture from them before and had no problems so they no me and should have treated me better. I want a full refund of my money.
