On May 4, 2021, I paid in advance to have a spa removed and hauled away. I was informed that it was my responsibility to have the electrical disconnected. I was not able to do that within a reasonable timeframe and decided to not have the removal done. I have attempted to contact the company several times for a refund of my $550.00, but they never respond. Resolution Sought Return my $550.00.
