We bought an Ashly sectional and literally right when we got it had problems with it. It took months to get the one part to it and then there's a huge gaps between all the pieces, every time I sit stuff falls down in the cracks and you have to take it apart to even get what fell down there. and there's staples where the back part of it is coming apart and they kept saying to call and someone will come out and fix that we've called somebody for about six months and nobody has come out ,not to mention we've seen it at one of their other retail stores for 1999 feel like we paid way too much for this couch not and it's been nothing but a piece of crap since we've got it! The back part of the cushions don't even line up with each other ,We even bought the extended warranty for them to still do nothing so dissatisfied with this piece wish I could take it back. Resolution Sought Either return it or give me something better for the same price.
