I bought a couch and a loveseat that recline's and an extra wide chair.. I have nothing wrong with the chair at all but the couch is Unraveling since the start of purchasing and the same with the loveseat recliner. I sent in all the information and have also talked to the owner of the store.. I bought the furniture in March of last yr.. at the start of the Pandemic. He said they could not have anyone in the home due to the Pandemic I totally understand that. But since then he has not been tryin to help with this matter. The recliner will not open at all. Plus its off center like tilted… hard to explain but we have so many pictures.. and we have sent so many to him we have called quite a few times now he is just not answering my calls.. it is insured but that doesn't last forever.. and with him tryin to be slick using the Pandemic and avoiding my calls I have no choice but to turn this over to the Better business bureau Resolution Sought Replace all the broken parts and the unraveling material… thats all I have ever wanted was for it to be fixed. But if he is not willing to fix it knowing its broke. Then I would like my money back and he can have his broken items back.
