Steven Furr Heating, Air, Electrical & Plumbing @ 130 Mary Miles Drive Danville VA 24540 fail to properly seal outside new ac/ heat unit to my home to keep out rodents and insects. Resolution Sought The new unit needs to be properly attached to home and sealed correctly and checked for any leaks.

Company states; The unit has been Properly Sealed Around Unit to outside of house with proper existing cover around. Added Masking Sealant. The homeowner is satisfied. Ms. Sigmon is tenant, on Sept 7th, when work was being done and complaint filed work was complete. We completed job on Sept 12th, 2023. The homeowner inspected and we were paid. Also, during her wait (tenant) for new unit to arrive and be installed we provided (2) window units for her to stay comfortable until we could get new unit installed.
