I hired Futura Plumbing to remove my bathtub upstairs and replace it with a shower basin because there was a leak under the tub. They were here for three days. We were not allowed to use the water for 48 hours to let everything settle. When we turn the water on, the new Delta, showerhead and dial did not work correctly, no water, pressure, and the tub enclosure itself is not sealed. I've been calling them daily multiple times and leaving them messages. They told me they were coming back on Tuesday of this week, February 20, no one showed up. They told me they were coming yesterday the 23rd and no one showed up either. I tried to call numerous times and now they're not answering my calls. This is terrible. This is not a way to run a business and now I'm stuck who is supposed to fix this. I'm on a fixed income and they got paid cash. Resolution Sought Oh, I would like the business to fix what they started and finish it. If this is the way they do work, then there license should be taken away from them. They do not stand behind at work. And I'm a widow, and I have to put up with all this myself. I feel as though I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman.
