3 weeks ago I took my car to have Ac done which I had told them that I needed to be done they told me I still needed a diagnostic done si they charged me $195.00 but didn't fix it that day nor did they check anti freeze . They quoted me $1200.00 to fix when I took back they called me and said they had to keep my car over the weekend to order a part. I had to wait until the following Thursday because they said there was a problem with the ac not holding..They charged me $1600.00 because they said there were 2 hoses they had to put in. They said I had too soon do a tune up and get breaks done and put a filter in . When I took my car back last Thursday he told me it would be another $401.00 fir my breaks. I asked why if last year they reached pads and shoes and now it just needed the pads. I told him I could not afford it just to do tune up. Then he opened my hood and said I might have oil in engine and they would have to charge me fir another diagnostic. I should of went with my got and just took my car home.. I wanted to make sure my car running good.. I hadn't heard from him and I to hi.. on my lunch to ask what happened with the test.. He advised it would be about $4000.00 to fix everything and I shouldn't waste any more money in the car to trade in or sell.. So he charged me $175.00 to get my car. Again. They didn't even check oil nor put anti freeze.. my car heated up before I got home.. This is unacceptable. And it is not good business too take advantage of us Resolution Sought I would like a refund and they should be known as being shady and dishonest

Company states; After reviewing her repair history, repair dates and mileages which she has complained about, we found that we did our diagnosis and repair properly. We have documentation on all of her repair orders of what work was performed and why. Her original concern was the air conditioning does now blow cold air. We performed the original diagnosis on RO40792 5/12/21 173068 miles. We recommended replacing ac hoses due to finding them leaking. Customer declined repairs at that time. Customer returned on 9/17/21 177889 miles we replaced both ac lines and recharged ac system rechecked and was working as designed. As noted during visual inspection of the vehicle, we noted that the cooling system has the incorrect coolant and leaking coolant at lower radiator hose. Customer approved and we replaced the lower radiator hose, flushed the cooling system and radiator cap, which had a split seal. Customer returned on 10/21/21 179109 miles to have a check engine light diagnosis performed. After performing diagnosis we recommend to replace Cam Actuators. We performed another visual inspection and noted coolant leaking at coolant reservoir, water pump and radiator. Customer declined repairs. The customer's complaint about there was no anti freeze added was because coolant system is leaking not holding coolant. The customers concerns are totally different concerns and are not related in any way to the repairs we performed on the vehicle. Customer was given copies of all repair orders and visual inspections. We are declining customers request for settlement.
