The company wants to charge me cancellation fees because I told them to cancel my service. The fee is 100.00 and the pesticide does not work, the spray made the roaches and water bugs get worse. I had to buy bomb and bengal roach spray and sulfur and they started dyeing and water bug to. I had too pay $ $89.00 this Monday just pass. I reported too them and they sent a server person I told him he cannot come inside my house? Spray outside. Resolution Sought Terminate my contract and charge me half fee for the outside and that it.

I was refered by Future Service to get rid of roaches and water bugs coming in my home. And she told me that the company was good, but little did i no they services were not up too my expentation, more roaches we're coming it like they was spraying sugar water, i couldn't cook or stand over my sink cause they were coming out like they lived here and so i got some sulfur and Harrison bug spray, then some raid bomb and set off and some bangel and they were dying and come out so i call them too terminate my contract and billing department said i had too paid 100.00 tooterminate, i said i had too do the work and i paid 89.00 in June and September 89.00 for what i got the bugs out, i live here for 28 years never experience bugs of any kind in my home, i feel like they ownme not me owning them, ihavegavethem178.00 and i got rid of thor bugs myself and when addressed it too them they sent a man too come back too spray but i told him outside cause i fixed the problem inside. So i feelf like they own me and i don't have too pay 100 for termination my service Resolution Sought Terminate the Contract and That IT
