Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Very rude, don't disclose their names to customers and no name tag, they do sexual harrassment during the massage session, all their employees are chineese only no EOE, iverecharging Resolution Sought Accomodate all customers, not chinese empowerment only which is v rude to non Chinese customers, otherwise refund all my money back
