I signed up for their diet program which included physician care and prescription. I received my first month they required bloodwork which I complied since then whenever I started getting low I tried contacting them to set up an appointment with the Dr (as required) cannot get in touch with them via virtual chat, email, or on the phone. Sat on hold multiple times for 15 plus minutes and then it would say all representatives are busy and then hang up. This has happened to repeatedly and they charged me and I haven't get ten any sort of resolution. Resolution Sought Either fulfill my order or refund my money.

I placed an order online for weight loss medication I was told the price was $199, then as I entered my card information and proceeded to the next page all these other fees came up. I was immediately charged the 199 plus another 399 which was only mentioned after my card was charged on the next page. Only to find out I will also be paying a monthly subscription fee. I immediately attempted to cancel. No answer through their chat service or phone number provided on their website. I called emailed and tried chat service during their normal business hours and nothing. I read the reviews and seems I'm not the only one this has happened to well over 50+ people. I had to reach out to my bank and dispute the charges. Hopefully they don't try to charge me again. Please please do something about this company. They are ripping people off. Resolution Sought Refund me my money and not charge me anything any more for a service I immediately canceled and did not use.
