I canceled my subscription immediately and they took the money out. I disputed it with my bank and they refunded my money and then took it back out and now the company won't refund me because I disputed it but they got the money. I haven't received any type of service or product from the company. Resolution Sought I would like a refund. I received no service or product. I just want my money back.

We processed a partial refund of your subscription fee, totaling $539.59 on July 25th, 2024 after the credit card dispute that blocked our previous efforts to refund was resolved. In addition, we have issued a refund for the remaining $99 today August 12th to the original card We're actively working to improve our services and prevent similar situations from happening again. They have extremely misleading marketing indicating that their service and medication are provided at the flat fee. After to you agree to their terms and only then do you learn that the weigh loss medication is $400. Extremely misleading. I asked for a refund within an hour of realizing the medication cost and they refused. Had they listed the medication costs where people can see them before agreeing to terms this type of duration would not happen. Seems preditory Resolution Sought To just warn other people of the actual medication cost. The refund of $129 would be great.
