I'm an owner operator and my 06 freightliner broke down near Columbus and I had the unit towed to the dealership they did work that in no way could have been the issue with the truck but called and said it's fixed it quit running again before I got it home 100 miles away I talked to the manager and he said bring it back and they would get right on it after a week or two they changed the battery cable and said it's fixed I picked it up and it ran maybe 10 days and quit again just outside of Columbus so out of desperation I had it towed back to them and they changed the pdm (fuse box) after a 3 weeks I picked up and made it maybe 2 miles and it quit and wouldn't start so I had it towed the 100 miles to my shop I understand it's a intermittent problem and the computer isn't telling them what the cause is but to charge me 10.000 dollars plus the tow bills and over 2 months of sitting at their place something is wrong as far as I'm concerned the pdm was the only justified charge I received which was just under 4000 dollars. I had my 06 freightliner in the shop 3 times unit #171 my company name is E &S Trucking LLC I just picked it up on Saturday 6-18-22 I also noticed that the heater fan has quit working after the pdm (fuse box) was changed Resolution Sought I feel I should receive partial refund and that the company would seriously reevaluate their customer service I've read their reviews and it seems to be a ongoing complaint with customers.
