My brand new Kitchenade range oven stopped working. Bought March 25, 2022. Been in contact with them since July 18, 2022. Finally came on September 2. Did not have the igniter. Said it would take 7 to 10 days. Got one from Headquarters in 6 days. Called G&G. Had an appointment September 20, 29, October 5, 14 and now October 31. I have everything documented and who I've talked with. 4 months without my oven on a brand new range. Resolution Sought Find out what there problem is. Not taking care of warranty customers.
