Our trash was due to be picked up on Tuesday and it was set out on Monday like normal. It never got picked up and today is Thursday. I called the business to see when it will be picked up and only got a recording saying they were running behind and that it will be picked up hopefully this week. I paid $70 on 8-17-21 for trash pickup in advance for period 7-21 thru 12-21-21. This is the first time we have had any trouble with them but I do not like the fact that you cannot talk to a person when you call them and only get a recording. There is no way to know when or if the trash will ever be picked up at this point. Resolution Sought Get the trash picked up on time.
