G&S Auto is participating in Shady practices to make you have to keep repairing your car over and over and never be able to fully pay it off. I was made to replace parts that was not broken they never reported my loan to my credit, so it was no way that I could refinance my loan at this time even though I had never missed a payment one of the workers at gns purposely sent paperwork to the wrong address so I would not be able to receive it to resolve this matter as a result of their negligence I'm filing a complaint Resolution Sought Have my loan reported to my credit I want my money back for all those parts that did not have to be replaced cuz my car still never was fixed. All the money that I put into that car I should own it by now and I'm sure they have proof of that I was told that if they had not fixed the car by a certain time they would repair it without charging me that was never done I want my money back for all the time that I put into this car

Ms. Bias, We are sorry that you are not satisfied, but we can not report to the credit bureaus as we are an in house finance company. There was paper work signed the day the vehicle was purchased that stated we do not report to bureaus. We cannot refund money for previous car payments or repairs done to vehicle. Everything was done per contract and agreement. We do have paperwork to support our reasoning.
