My mom rose is disabled my mother brought the condo on April 10th 2017 my mom has been having trouble with money not being credited for dues in the main drop off box. I put the cash in the box before i realized it said just checks or money orders they closed early it was a Friday my mom called Monday to make sure they received the money dan who is the association manger asked his secretary if anyone received the money she said yes she found the 600.00 dollars after that my mom got a bill with the 600 added to her bill there many discrepancies. He said the secretary didn't work there anymore and he doesn't remember her saying she received it the cash my poor mom is disabled and lost her son and parents in a three year period she's very depressed. I talked to Dan gave him numerous violations that are not being fixed at all the homsted condos in torrington ct we been calling about the problems with her condo unit 7 for almost 2 years of calling nothing has been fixed staircase lights blew out the water damage is so bad it's it's affecting the electrical in the unit ceilings are damaged stairs case there's no lights cause the water damage I brought a letter from the town about the un safety of the roted 2 story staircase outside no lights in the back of the unit or sides townhall told me to go down and speak to him cause my mom can't even speak he gets her so upset I went to the office we're dan works I talked to him about the missing money he stats theres 200 in the account Resolution Sought Investigation of what he's doing with all the money we pay dues and upkeep why is no one fixing all the damages there are many violations that are unsafe if it was addressed it wouldn't be getting so run down and un safe I just wanted to know we're the money is going and why nothing's being fixed he claims there's only 200.00 in the reserves and nothing is being fixed or done it's dangerous for everyone that owns or rents here there has many complaints about Dan I'm worried about her well being
